At school, Meg hears about a new student named Mike Pulaski from her friends, mentioning that he is an unstable bully , which Meg gets to see firsthand when he turns Neil Goldman into a balloon animal and pops him. While in the cafeteria with her friends, Meg accidentally spills her lunch on Mike, prompting him to plan a showdown with her on the coming Friday. Meg unsuccessfully tries to get out of the fight first by asking Lois to transfer her to another school. The school in mind is too expensive. The next day at school, Principal Shepherd announces on the PA that he is accepting bets on who will win the showdown. For her second attempt to get out of the fight, Meg intentionally released a sex tape in an attempt to get expelled from school. It is only watched by Stewie. Mike grievously beats them all and writes "You're Next, Meg" on a hallway wall in their blood.

Despite this, she is still commonly called Megan such as by Mr. Megan Semanstein Griffin was accidentally born in Quahog, Rhode Island as the unwanted, first-born child of Lois Griffin , the involuntary mother, and Peter Griffin , the non-biological father. Lois and Peter both agreed to never have children, but their plans were ruined when the condom broke one time, while having sex. It is generally believed that Lois was having sex with Peter at this time, but in actuality, she was on a girls night out with her friends at a nightclub, and had gotten a bit tipsy. She met a guy named Stan Thompson , who she had sex with, and although he used a condom, it did break and Lois got pregnant with a fetus that would one day be known as Meg. After the pregnancy scare, Peter and Lois thought that this baby came from him, not knowing about Stan. The two of them went through a huge argument over getting rid of the baby. Peter wanted Lois to get an abortion, but Lois was against this.
Though my mother never openly complained about this, I could see it in her eyes. I don't want a life of paranoia and loneliness but she is the person I want to be with and I want to ask her the most important question of my life this summer. Many times, that is exactly what it really does feel like Yes I'am all to aware about those silly answers regarding pay and "don't worry be happy" boloney. Anyway, I'm sad and disappointed and I know that it will be my job to keep the marriage together. And your future kids will be taught that you are the reason they don't have an "eternal" family. I feel selfish to never be around but this is my dream so much so that I refuse to have children because I dont want my kids to have a workaholic mother who's never there. Anyways, any advice on which of those times would be best since I know both have to be a sacrifice for him of some sort. Now I feel like a stepford wife. If you can't do that, realizing that your partner may never come around to your side of things, you are not ready to marry this person. The misogyny is deep in the Mormon church.
