The latest person to learn this the hard way is a woman named Destiny Court. Court, who is from Glendale, sexted her boyfriend while they were together. They then went their separate ways, and sure enough, within months she was getting calls form randos who had found her pictures on Craigslist, posted by none other than her former beloved. The photos were in ads that offered up Court's sexual services. Court told KTLA that when she initially went to Glendale police, she was told that "anyone can put anything they want on the internet, and it's wrong, but it's not illegal. Which is actually not true — people can't impersonate you online. Fortunately, Court pursued the claim, and an internal investigation was filed. She's since gotten a restraining order against her ex. She's already past her prime in the Mormon dating market. You can even spice it up with a little "desperate housewives lifestyle".
